Definition of overall campaign goals
Derivation of goals for the individual measures
Planning of target groups for targeting & re-targeting, timing, and budget allocation for Facebook Ads
Creation, targeting and support of Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns
Tracking: creating UTM parameters and setting up campaign and conversion tracking with the Facebook Pixel
Reporting and optimization of campaigns with regard to KPIs
Coordination of campaigns as well as coordination with clients and partners

You have a degree in online marketing or a comparable course of study
You have initial experience in online marketing and campaign management (web, social, Google), ideally at an agency
You have experience in using the Facebook Ad Manager and Google Analytics
You have a good feel for digital trends and have your finger on the pulse of the times
You describe yourself as an analytical thinker and have a deep understanding of key KPIs and a strong affinity for numbers and data
